About the project

An administrative complex with underground parking is being built on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The building consists of an underground section, a public and commercial area, and a Class A business center. Sberbank City on Kutuzovsky Prospekt includes five buildings, all connected by a unified underground area.

Its main distinguishing feature is a seven-story glazed atrium, the core of the entire building, its organizational center, and a space endowed with many functions. It is a place for informal interactions and large gatherings, a bar, and a recreation area. The atrium's design code is implemented in such a way as to create the atmosphere of a natural oasis. This effect is achieved by installing two of the largest green walls in Moscow, covered entirely with live plants and stretching 20 meters into the area. Now Sberbank is also putting two more structures into operation as part of their development plans for the cluster, and work is simultaneously underway to develop a joint exit for both the metro and office buildings.
