NOVATEK

The Novatex Business Center consists of five modern towers hanging in the air above a busy street and a central atrium. The towers are distributed along the outer perimeter of the site, while its central part, the atrium, is completely covered by a non-supporting translucent roof.

Spanish granite and limestone were used as the main facade cladding material. The exterior walls of the "jagged" configuration add originality to the architectural appearance of the Novatek headquarters. The facade of the building is recognized as energy efficient because it is equipped with an automatic sensor system for solar activity.
