About the project

The image of the clubhouse is conceived as an urban sculpture. The project includes the restoration of the cultural heritage object - the famous electric theater "Forum". All apartments are finished in mid-century style. The courtyard is divided into two zones.

The first one is quiet and closed from prying eyes, available only for residents. The second is an open outside area with all-season landscaping, where you can organize a meeting with guests without disturbing other residents.
