About the project
Three towers in the complex, united by a stylobate but each built as a separate stage of construction. Living spaces include one-, two -, three and four-bedroom apartments. The windows have an increased glazed area and ceilings are all 3m in height, placing the building squarely in the business class segment.
The outside infrastructure is diverse, featuring existing kindergartens, schools, free-standing retail, a shopping center, bank branches, restaurants, and cafes. The residential complex was built in a modern constructivist style.
