It is a unique architectural ensemble of 11 buildings with stunning views of the Moskva River, located on a stylobate.

The inner territory of the quarter is a closed guarded courtyard on the stylobate with functional sports and playgrounds, quiet zones of rest and relaxation. The external territory is combined with the embankment and has access to its own park.
