About the project
The Wall Street business center is a contemporary Class A business center. The business center is located in the storied Zamoskvorechye District of Moscow's Central Administrative District (CAO). The business complex consists of two eight-storey buildings with a total area of 33,000 m².
The facades were designed to incorporate modern architectural solutions, with the English company Buro Happold acting as a consultant. Lighting was provided by LAPD, a well-known English lighting design company. In building the complex, only environmentally friendly materials were used, and energy-saving systems were installed. The building has passed the BREEAM certification and made the esteemed list of “green” real estate in Russia. Wall Street's infrastructure meets the highest standards. Payment terminals and ATMs are available on-site, allowing visitors and tenants to conduct monetary transactions without leaving the grounds. There is a corporate cafeteria with fast service and delicious food on site. The latest technological solutions and modern equipment open up new opportunities for business development and have a positive impact on strengthening companies' positions in the business world.
