About the project
The Litsa residential complex is an innovative, high-tech business-class residential project. The concept of a "building of the future," as implemented in the complex, allows residents to fully enjoy all the advantages of modern engineering solutions, including an increased level of security.
Litsa is one of the first buildings in Moscow that can be completely controlled by a smartphone. The stylobate part will feature a shopping center with shops, a restaurant, a cinema, a fitness club and so on. There is also a recreation area with fountains, greenery, and walking paths. Large windows show magnificent views of green parks and the urban landscapes of Moscow City. The residential area is located just three minutes from the CSKA metro station, from which Moscow City can be reached in just 10 minutes, while 15 minutes will take you to the historical city center. Convenient access to the Third Ring Road and the main highways and 5 traffic lights to the Kremlin are boons to those who are used to moving around the city with comfort. Within walking distance are three new schools and five kindergartens, a large shopping center and sports infrastructure, and the Khodynsky Field park for leisurely walks on weekends and invigorating runs on weekdays.
