About the project
The composition of the Fili Grad multifunctional center consists of seven buildings, joining together to form a single, almost sculptural form, reminiscent of the Roman Colosseum and united by a stylobate with an underground part.
Two 21-storey buildings are intended for office use, while five 24-storey buildings will provide a complex of comfort-class apartments. The complex is located near the Moscow River and the unique natural Filevsky Park, creating a comfortable ecological environment. At the same time, Fili Grad is located near the center of Moscow business life, the Moscow City International Business Center, replete with offices, shopping and entertainment. The buildings are arranged to form an enclosed courtyard. The territory offers play and athletic facilities, lawns, recreation areas and dog parks. The first stage of Fili Grad's construction will also provide the complex with a kindergarten, a shopping center and an underground two-level parking lot for 999 cars. In addition, ground-level guest parking is provided.
