IQ Quarter

The IQ Quarter multifunctional complex is located in the Moscow City International Business Center on Lot 11. Right next door is the central core of Moscow City, Mezhdunarodnaya metro station and the Afimoll shopping and entertainment center.

The complex consists of three towers of 21, 33 and 42 floors as well as a transportation terminal. In two of the towers (33 and 42 floors), the design includes class A office spaces. The third tower, the SiTer multifunction complex (21 floors), features premium apartments and a 5-star hotel. Speaking of internal utilities infrastructure, it is worth noting that the heating system is connected to two independent heating centers at once. According to the same principle, the power supply system is duplicated, with a backup autonomous power source added for additional reliability. The water entering the complex undergoes multi-stage purification, and the central air conditioning system was designed to permit the regulation of both air temperature and humidity.
