The 62-story Grand Tower will be erected on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. The underground section will make up 6 floors. The building’s exterior will consist of two towers, joined by a shared stylobate. The underground section will cover 61,670 m2, while the aboveground portion will cover 338,330 m². Parking for 1,910 parking spaces (1,100 aboveground and 810 underground) will be extremely convenient for businesspeople and visitors. Grand Tower will be the first skyscraper in Russia to receive LEED Gold certification for the entire building.
