About the project

The Headliner multifunctional complex is a large-scale construction project in Moscow’s Presnensky District. The complex also includes underground parking and an enclosed green courtyard.

The Headliner residential complex consists of 3 buildings of varying height, topping out at 53 floors. A total of 1,227 apartments will be built in the complex, ranging from 29 m2 to 114 m2. On the first floors, space will be allocated for shops, a pharmacy, a cafe and a fitness center. Office, commercial and household facilities are also designed into the Headliner residential complex. An underground parking garage will also be built in addition to the buildings. The project also provides for a kindergarten with capacity for 130 students, connected to the two buildings by a two-story stylobate. The Headliner residential complex is made up of skyscrapers stretching to 175 m high, with scenic-view apartments on the upper floors, 4 finishing options and Shelepikha metro station within walking distance.
