The Residences Mandarin Oriental low-rise residential complex will include residential apartments and retail and office spaces, available for the representative offices of Russian and international companies.
These are the first branded residences in Russia under the management of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The complex will include 137 unique apartment-style residences, retail and office spaces. The complex will consist of 109 apartments, 23 maisonettes with patios and separate entrances, and 5 penthouses with fireplaces and terraces. Famous designer Pierre-Yves Rochon has developed three finishing options for the residences. In addition to the spa, wellness center and 200-meter walking area, residents of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Moscow will have access to special services and privileges provided by the hotel operator, including access to the club lounge area, an event and celebration hall, a cigar room, a private wine library, star chef and sommelier services, and even a personal florist.
