About the project
D1 is where the white queen—a piece that knows no restrictions in movement—starts in a game of chess. It is located at Dmitrovskoe Highway, Number 1. D1 features 3 skyscrapers of different heights, ranging from 23 to 60 floors: "Excelsior," "Kingchess" and "Blitz", each of which is distinguished by unique architecture.
The modern architecture of the three D1 skyscrapers, uncompromisingly pointed toward the sky, was developed by the "Kаmen" architectural bureau. The residential complex is distinguished by features like premium facades, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, designer décor in all common areas, halls with furniture, reception service, concierge service, fingerprint entry, and silent high-speed Kone elevators. Future residents also have three parks within walking distance, a well-thought-out infrastructure, a shopping center on the same stylobate, and viewing platforms on the roofs of the Excelsior and Kingchess towers at their disposal.
