Capital Group completes construction on «Nebo»
Capital Group is finalizing construction of three business-class skyscrapers, Nebo (Heaven) on Michurinsky Prospekt in Moscow. Since construction began in 2018, the skyscrapers are already 98% completed.
They are scheduled to enter use in autumn 2020. Mikhail Khvesko, Executive Director of Capital Group, and Peter Isaev, Commercial Director, spoke about the buildings' construction and sales progress.
The three towers took about two years to build; by now, the 51- to 52 story-tall buildings are 98% ready, with finishing works currently underway. 85% of the complex's residences have already found their prospective buyers. Allow us to remind you that the Nebo residential complex is being realized by Capital Group in partnership with Sistema JSFC Group. The total area of the business-class complex is 157,000 square meters. 1,303 apartments have been designed here, and among the site's infrastructure resources will be retail premises and a children's entertainment club. There is a 940-car underground parking garage.
The complex's architecture was developed by the Reserve Full Liability Partnership, with landscape design for the inner grounds by Gillespies. The general contractor for the construction is ANT TEQ.
