The ANTTEQ company was founded in 2013. The goal of the new company is to become a leader among Russia’s best general contractors through an unmatched quality of services and technical know-how, underwritten by the personal involvement of its founders.

ANTTEQ begins a massive project to build the passenger terminal (Т2) for Domodedovo Airport (232,000 m²). The company also signed contracts to build the first stage of the Mayak Residential Complex (277,730 m²), the Savyolovsky City-2 Multi-Function Center (213,500 m²), the Fili Grad-2 Multi-Function Center (191,300 м²), and the LITSA Residential Complex (185,000 m²).

ANTTEQ continues to sign major construction contracts: the first stage of LIFE Botanical Garden Residential Complex (78,445 m²), the Sparrow House Residential Complex (41,671 m²), the Basmanny Residential Complex, 5" (26,696 m²), the Yasny Residential Complex (185,900 m²), the DOMODEDOVO PARK Multi-Function Center (44,124 m²) and the Hampton by Hilton hotel complex (15,000 m²), while also beginning work on a new investment project, FILI PARK Residential Complex (15,300 m²).

ANTTEQ finishes construction on Dvintsev Residential Complex, 14 (5,564 m²) and signs a contract for the second stage of construction on MAYAK Residential Complex (160,016 m²) and Headliner Residential Complex (144,227 m²).

ANTTEQ delivers the first stage of MAYAK Residential Complex (277,730 m²) and begins construction on the 4th (77,124 m²) and 5th stages, as well as the daycare and school (17,500 m²) for LIFE Botanical Garden Residential Complex.

ANTTEQ delivers Basmanny, 5 Residential Complex for use, begins construction on Sky Residential Complex (157,325 m²), and begins reconstruction on The Book. The company signs a contract to build Bulgari Hotels & Resorts and begins construction on D1 Residential Complex (110,321 m²). Construction begins on the Medsi medical center and the YE'S Apartment Hotel Botanical Garden Residential Complex (51,300 m²). The company won in tenders for the construction of White Khamovniki Residential Complex (17 184 m2) and Medny 3.14 Residential Complex (23,135 m2).

ANTTEQ is awarded the tender to build the Grand Tower Multi-Function Center (400,000 m²) and begins construction on an administrative and shopping center with underground parking (75,730 m²).
